What payment methods do you accept?

We accept USDT and USDC stablecoins on Ethereum, Base, BNB Smart Chain, Tron, and Solana networks. We do not accept fiat currency, credit cards, or other cryptocurrencies at this time.

How does the payment process work?

After placing your order, you'll be shown a wallet address and the exact amount to send. Simply send the specified amount of USDT or USDC on your chosen network. Our system automatically detects and verifies your payment on-chain.

How long does payment verification take?

Payment is typically detected within 1-5 minutes of your transaction being broadcast. Full confirmation depends on the network: Ethereum and Base take about 3 minutes, BSC about 1 minute, Tron about 1 minute, and Solana is nearly instant.

What if I send the wrong amount?

Our system has a small tolerance (0.5%) to account for minor differences. If you significantly underpay, please contact support with your order number and transaction hash. Overpayments will be noted and can be refunded upon request.

What if my payment expires?

You have 30 minutes to complete payment after placing an order. If your payment expires, your order will be cancelled and any reserved stock will be released. You can place a new order at any time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping is free on orders over $100 USD. Standard international delivery takes 7-21 business days depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status at any time using your order number on our Order Tracking page.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Contact our support team to initiate a return. Refunds are processed to the original sending address in the same cryptocurrency.

Which network should I use?

Choose based on fees and speed: Tron (TRC20) and Solana have the lowest fees. BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) is also affordable. Ethereum (ERC20) has the highest fees but is the most widely supported. Base offers a good balance of low fees and Ethereum security.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. All payments are verified directly on the blockchain. We never have access to your wallet or private keys. You simply send a standard token transfer, which is the same as any other crypto transaction you'd make.
